American Nutriceuticals was founded in 1999 with a simple yet powerful mission: to create the finest wellness solutions to truly impact health.

Our founder, the late (Honorary) Dr. William Coury, was not an ordinary man. He had a brilliant mind, an inventive spirit, and a magnetic presence that drew people to him.

At just 21 years old, Dr. Coury was struck by a car, suffering severe leg injuries that led to years of medical challenges. His path to healing was long and grueling — six years in a hospital bed, 15 on crutches, and three in a wheelchair.

Determined to take control of his health, Dr. Coury immersed himself in medical research, studying how the body works, where things go wrong, and what it needs to thrive. This relentless pursuit of knowledge not only helped him make a slow but full recovery—it inspired him to share his knowledge with others. He established an integrative wellness center and formulated a line of innovative nutritional supplements to empower people to take charge of their own health.

When Dr. Coury founded American Nutriceuticals, he did not set out to create ordinary, “me too” supplements, and we have stayed true to that vision since his passing in 2009. Every formula we develop solves a need that isn’t being met elsewhere. We continue Dr. Coury’s legacy by creating unique and effective products formulated with intention, grounded in science, and designed to meet real-world needs.
